Full Journal pdf2001-05-08 House Journal Page 1733 HB 115 Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1707) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 115(HES) "An Act relating to the definition of 'mental health professional' for certain mental health proceedings and treatments; relating to the services of certain medical professionals in civil proceedings for the commitment of certain intoxicated persons; allowing a physician assistant or advanced nurse practitioner to certify the need for emergency treatment as a result of intoxication; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 115(HES) "An Act relating to the services of certain medical professionals in civil proceedings for the commitment of certain intoxicated persons; allowing a physician assistant or advanced nurse practitioner to certify the need for emergency treatment as a result of intoxication; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 19- title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2001-05-08 House Journal Page 1734 Representative Kapsner moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 115(HES), thus adopting SCS CSHB 115(HES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 115(HES)?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 115(HES) Concur YEAS: 36 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 4 Yeas: Bunde, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Croft, Dyson, Fate, Foster, Green, Harris, Hayes, Hudson, James, Joule, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lancaster, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Moses, Mulder, Murkowski, Ogan, Porter, Rokeberg, Scalzi, Stevens, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson Absent: Berkowitz, Davies, Guess, Halcro And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment, thus adopting SCS CSHB 115(HES). Representative James moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. SCS CSHB 115(HES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
